Invoicewala provides an AI-powered billing automation tool that operates through WhatsApp. Users can generate GST-compliant invoices and payment links by sending text messages to our verified bot.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide. Invoicewala processes your input but does not verify the legality or accuracy of the business details, GSTIN, or transaction amounts provided by you.

• You must provide a valid GSTIN for GST-compliant invoices.
• You must have the authority to issue invoices for your business.
• You must not use the service for any fraudulent or illegal activity.

4. Payments & Refunds

Subscriptions to Invoicewala Pro are non-refundable. Payments are processed via Razorpay. We do not store your credit card or bank details directly.

5. Privacy & Data

Your privacy is important to us. We store your business information and invoice history to provide the service. We do not sell your customer data to third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

6. Limitation of Liability

Invoicewala is provided "as is". We are not liable for any financial losses, tax penalties, or business interruptions resulting from the use or inability to use our service.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City/State].
